The International Committee of Artists for Peace (ICAP), established in 2002, celebrated its second anniversary with a spring concert on May 14 at the SGI-USA World Culture Center. ICAP is comprised of musicians, dancers, actors, writers and scholars as a solidarity of artists determined to raise awareness of peace issues through promoting cultural and educational activities that transcend national and cultural barriers.
